You can get Dandelion Seeds in your world, but it is limited. You can gather these seeds for the ascension of certain characters. You can pick these seeds after performing an Elemental Burst on a glowing flower with certain Anemo characters like Kazuha, Jean, Xiao, Sucrose, and more. Once you collect all the Seeds, it will take 1-2 days to respawn so you can collect them again; however, you can go to your friend’s or random’s world and collect these seeds if they haven’t already.
