In Zelda: Breath of the Wild, dragons soar over specific regions for designated periods. There are four unique dragons: Dinraal, Naydra, Farosh, and the Light dragon, each with its own characteristics. In this guide, we will provide information on the pathway and location of Dinraal, so be sure to follow along until the end.
Location of Dinraal
Dinraal is the first dragon, also known as the fire dragon. You can find it on the north side of Death Mountains, coasting along the upper edge of Hyrule. It passes the Akala Tech Lab, all the way to the Thyphlo ruins and the Great Hyrule Forest.
The second dragon is called Naydra, also known as the ice dragon. It can be found patrolling around the Great Mount Lanayru and will make a sweeping loop around the southeastern part of Hyrule from Hentro to Kakariko before looping underground.
The third dragon is called Farosh, also known as the lightning dragon. It patrols the southwest region of Hyrule and will fly out of Gerudo Desert, along its large canyon, before traveling down the Great Plateau, crossing to the other side of Lake Hylia, and eventually going underground into the depths.
