Vaati’s Wrath is the most advanced form of Vaati that you will face in the game “The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap. This is the last Boss that you’ll face in this game and one of its most difficult ones too. We recommend that you should stock up on Fairies and Potions before this fight as the fight is divided into multiple phases. So let’s jump right in on how to defeat Vaati’s Wrath.
How to beat Vaati’s Wrath?
In the First Phase of the fight, Vaati will use its arms to grab you, its arms will rise from the ground up randomly, also periodically it will shoot Lightning Balls at you, Use Cane of Pacci on its arm, which will stun the Vaati’s Arm, then head towards the Minish Portal in the middle of the Battle Ground.
Minshi Portal will shrink you down in size, which will allow you to enter the small hole in the ground from where the Vaati’s arm has risen. You will drop down into a space with several Eyes flying around. You need to ignore the other eyes and focus on that one specific eye which has a Moving Pupil according to your location, the eye will be tracking you. Keep on hitting that eye with your sword and kill it.
Once you kill the eye, Vaati’s left arm will be destroyed leaving him with only “One arm. He will do the same move again with the other arm, Do the same steps as before, shrink down in size, and drop down, you are going to need a Lantern this time because it’s going to be dark. Kill the Eye once again and both of the arms will be Destroyed.
Being both arms destroyed, Vaati will become belligerent and use its other aggressive attacks, it will throw Energy Balls from its Four Eyes at the front and we need to take advantage of that. We need to use the Duplicator Pad on the Battleground to make multiple copies of the Link.
Pay attention to the Lightning Balls as Vaati will now shoot them in greater numbers and if any copy of Link comes in contact with any Lightning Ball it will electrocute Link and also destroy all of the copies.
When you’ve dodged the Lightning Attack, Align Link and its copies in front of the Energy Balls and start swinging your sword, when the Energy Balls will hit the sword they will change their direction and hit Vaati instead. This will stun Vaati and you can walk forward and hit it with your sword, Repeat the process and Vaati will be defeated.
