How to get Super Saiyan in Xenoverse 2:
The most important requirement is to reach level 42 with your character. Once you reach level 42, teleport to ‘Capsule Corporation’.
Once you reach there, initiate a sparring session with Vageta.
Vageta will ask you to spar with him a couple of times until you reach intermediate difficulty. He will then instruct you to talk to Bulma and Trunks. After talking to both Bulma and Trunks, you will have to defeat Vegeta in a final spar.
