What are Stones in Rimworld
When it comes to stones, there are 6 types of stones you can use for either building strong walls or beautiful furniture and structures. Here are the stones you can use in Rimworld:
- Granite
- Limestone
- Marble
- Sandstone
- Slate
- Jade
The Fire Immunity
If you are worried about your base catching fire, don’t worry because all the stones in Rimworld are immune to fire so your base cannot be destroyed through fire.
Strong Walls
If you want a strong base, I suggest that you use Granite, Limestone, and Sandstone for a great defense.
- Granite: 510 HP
- Limestone: 465 HP
- Sandstone: 420 HP
All the other walls are weak compared to these three so make sure to build your defense using these stones as all the other walls possess 400 HP.
For Beauty and Furniture
Players also want their base to look beautiful along strong so if you are looking to make your base interior look gorgeous, you might want to use Marble for the dining room, temple, and so on. For the furniture you can use Jade as it also looks very beautiful in Rimworld. For the floor, you can use slate because it is cheap and floor stone is used a lot throughout the game.
