After tossing your Poke Ball and successfully catching a Pokemon, you may have encountered a peculiar situation where the captured Pokemon changed its shape, revealing itself to be the “Zorua Pokemon.”
“Zorua” is a dark-type Pokemon characterized by its greyish body adorned with black and red accents. Known for its clever and deceptive nature, let me guide you on how to capture this elusive Pokemon.
How to get The Zorua Pokemon?
Getting your hands on Zorua can be a bit challenging due to its illusion trick. Zorua has the ability to change its appearance based on the trainer’s designated Buddy Pokemon. So, how do you catch it? Here are some tricks to make it easier for you to capture this elusive Pokemon.
Zorua spawns in the wild. To increase your chances, change your Buddy Pokemon to a very Rare or Legendary Pokemon—any Pokemon that doesn’t spawn in the wild or is exclusive to special events.
You can also change your “Buddy Pokemon” to a shiny Pokemon because any shiny Pokemon won’t appear as it is on the OpenWorld map, it is after you click on that Pokemon that you get to know if it is shiny or not, so that’s another trick you can use to easily identify Zorua, as Zorua will also appear shiny. Now when you are looking for Zorua on the overworld map, it will be a lot easier for you to identify it in the wild.
After capturing the suspected Pokemon, the word “OH” will be highlighted on the screen instead of the usual “Gotcha.” Subsequently, Zorua will revert to its original form from the “Buddy Pokemon.”
Zorua Evolution
Zorua evolves into Zoroark, to make it evolve into its advanced form you will need 50 Zorua Candies, once it reaches level 30, it’ll evolve into Zoroark, one quick tip to speed up the evolution process is to use the Pinap Berry while catching Zorua as you’ll get the Zorua candies as a perk.
