To reach the Hylian Shield, begin your journey from the northeasternmost point of the castle town prison, traveling by water to reach the wooden dock.
After reaching the wooden dock, head north of the castle, where you will come across another wooden dock and the entrance to the cave.
Upon entering the cave, ascend the stairs, which will lead you to a group of Gloom Spawn hands. Here, you have the option to either avoid and continue forward or engage in combat.
Now, simply use fire to light up the object in the center. This action will spawn a chest from the ground, and inside, you will find your promised Hylian Shield.
