Nintendo has finally provided details on the third wave of the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Course Pass. In September, Nintendo announced that Wave 3 of the Booster Course Pass would be coming “over the holidays, ” revealing two tracks. Now we’ve got the complete track list and release date.
Nintendo has been on a roll lately; fans have been more than satisfied with the launch of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet and the reveal of Splatoon 3’s Chill Season. However, it looks like the company has another announcement up its sleeve, as they’ve just confirmed the details for the Booster Course Pass Wave 3.
Like the previous waves, the Wave 3 Booster Course Pass adds eight more courses to the Mario Kart 8 roster, all of which come from earlier games in the franchise. Three of the Wave 3 tracks first debuted in Mario Kart Tour on mobile, the other two came from Mario Kart 7 on the 3DS, and the final three came from Mario Kart Wii, Mario Kart DS, and Mario Kart Super Circuit on the Game Boy Advance.
It’s been four months since the last Booster Course Pass wave. The first wave of tracks launched on March 18 and included Paris Promenade, Toad Circuit, Choco Mountain, Coconut Mall, Tokyo Blur, Shroom Ride, Sky Garden, and Ninja Hideaway. The second wave of tracks launched on August 18 and included New York Minute, Mario Circuit 3, Kalamari Desert, Waluigi Pinball, Sydney Sprint, Snow Land, Mushroom Gorge, and Sky High Sundae. The full list of tracks from Wave 3 is given below:
Rock Cup
- London Loop (Tour)
- Boo Lake (GBA)
- Rock Rock Mountain (3DS)
- Maple Treeway (Wii)

The Booster Course Pass is automatically available to all Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack subscribers but can also be purchased separately for $24.99. It will include six waves of 8 courses released by the end of 2023.
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster Course Pass Wave 3 will launch on December 7th for Nintendo Switch.
