- Land at POIs, which have a lot of chests. This will increase your chances of finding one.
- Land at Hot spots because they have supply drones that players can break down as they are likely to drop you a rare weapon, including the Lock On Pistol.
Once you have the Lock On Pistol, you can use it as a medium-range weapon and defeat your opponents by dealing a lot of damage.
