You need to solve some puzzles in Kay Noh Shrine, which can be confusing to solve without help. In this guide, I’ll walk you through every puzzle you must solve in Kay Noh Shrine to get the Spirit Orb in Zelda: BOTW.

You can find this shrine Northwest of Wasteland Tower in Gerudo.
Kay Noh Shrine Walkthrough
The first thing you need to do after entering the shrine is move the circular electric ball using Magnesis and place it on the right pedestal, as shown in the picture, and it’ll open the door in front of you.
After reaching the second room through the opened door, you’ll see a locked door in front of you and a left and right hallway. To solve the puzzle on your left side, you need the circular electric ball hanging and protected by a guardian on the right side, which is not very hard to defeat. After defeating the guardian, fire an arrow on the rope and take an electric ball with you.
Place the electric ball on the left pedestal in the left hallway side, as shown in the picture to open a path that leads you to a chest containing a key to open the main door in this room.
Open this door using the key.
After opening the door, you’ll see a guardian blocking your way. Defeat the guardian and head towards the next room. Here, you’ll simply want to solve the puzzle by placing both electric cubes next to each other on your left side in this room, as shown in the picture to connect the current.
After solving this puzzle, simply head forward to the statue to claim the Spirit Orb and complete the Kay Noh Shrine.
