Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry holds many secrets, one of them is the Undercroft, a mysterious room hidden behind a magical passage. The Undercroft is a well-concealed place, hidden from prying eyes where you can learn and practice forbidden spells, such as the Confringo curse (Blasting Curse).
In the quest “In the Shadow of the Undercroft”, Sebastian Sallow will lead you into the Undercroft, and also help you learn a new spell called Confringo (Blasting Curse). Once you are done with the quest, It can be used as a hideout for the player and further side missions with Sebastian.
How to Get to The Undercroft
The location is revealed while advancing with the above-mentioned quest but as it is not located on the map, follow the steps below to reach there quickly:
- Travel to the Defense Against the Dark Arts Classroom (Floo Flame Location).
- Follow the Stairway on the right and then turn right again once you reach the floor.
- Continue along the path until you reach the Clock-type door which will lead you to the Undercroft.
Other than treasures and rewards, you can also learn various curse techniques in Undercroft via Sebastian which will indeed help against stronger enemies as you progress throughout the game.
