In order to survive in the never-ending IKEA store in SCP-3008, gaining energy to keep your Energy Bar full is of utmost importance. Since the game doesn’t really explain to the player how their Energy Bar works and how it’s replenished, many new players struggle to figure out how to restore their energy and avoid dying from hunger. But luckily, you can restore your energy by simply picking up food and other consumable items and consuming them.

To help you take care of your energy levels, we’ve prepared this comprehensive guide which will show you how to find food in SCP-3008, how to consume it to restore your energy, and the best ways to maintain your energy levels.

How to Gain Energy in SCP-3008 Roblox

At the bottom of your screen in SCP-3008, you have a Health, Hunger, and Energy Bar. When you run around the store, jump over obstacles, and move furniture around, your Energy Bar will be slowly depleted. The less energy you have, the slower your movement and attack speed will become. So if your energy level drops to zero, you’ll be in big trouble.

Locating the Energy Bar

To prevent this from happening, you need to gain energy and fill your Energy Bar back up. And to do that, you simply need to find food and drinks and consume them.

There are all kinds of different food items available in the game, such as meatballs, burgers, fruits, chocolate, pizza, and energy drinks. Basically, every food item that you find laying around in the IKEA can be picked up and eaten.

All food items will provide you with a specific amount of energy and hunger, and some may even provide some health. So to maintain your energy levels, you need to constantly find food and consume it.

Now, while many players know how they’re supposed to eat food to refuel their energy bar, a lot of them don’t know how to eat food in SCP-3008.

If you play Roblox on PC, follow these steps to eat food in SCP-3008:

  1. Put your crosshair over the food item.
  2. Press the F key on your keyboard to put the item in your inventory.
  3. Press G to open your inventory.
  4. Look at the inventory slots at the bottom of your screen and left-click on the food item.
  • Once the food item is in your hand, simply click left-click anywhere on the screen to consume it.

  • Opening inventory (Xbox)
  • Press the A button on the icon to open your inventory.
  • Put your cursor over the food/consumables you want to consume.
  • Press A to consume it.
  • If you play Roblox on a phone/tablet (Android/iOS), follow these steps:

    1. Put your crosshair over the food item.
    2. Tap the equip button to put it in your inventory.

  • Tap the big Eat button at the center of the screen.

Note: For certain items, you may need to hold down left-click to consume them.

Where to Find Food in Roblox SCP-3008

While food can be found in many different areas of the IKEA store, there are certain places where it is found in abundance.

The best places to find food in SCP-3008 are the Cafeteria, Kitchen, Snack Shop, Play Plot, Checkered Kitchen, and Modern Kitchen.

And amongst these, the Cafeteria is the king of food courts as it’s the largest in size and contains the most number of food items. Almost every type of food item can be found in the Cafeteria, whereas in other food courts, you’ll only be able to find two or three different types of food.

What the Cafeteria looks like in Roblox SCP-3008

Since all the plots in the IKEA store in SCP-3008 are randomly generated, there are no fixed locations where you’ll find these food courts. You’ll just have to keep exploring until you find them. Keep in mind that the locations in the IKEA never reset, so once you’ve found a food court, it’ll be there forever.

While you’re at these locations, make sure to search them thoroughly. You’ll find lots of food items sitting out in the open, but some of the items may be placed on shelves and inside drawers, so you’ll need to search every nook and cranny of the place to loot all of its food.

Now that you know where to find food, there are some very important mechanics to note about the food items in the game. First and foremost, food items respawn every (in-game) Monday and Friday. This means that if you visit a Cafeteria on Sunday and loot all of the food, when you come back the next day (Monday), all the food items will have respawned in the same spots.

But if you loot a Cafeteria on a Monday, you’ll need to wait till Friday for its food to be respawned/restocked. This means that you can use a specific location to hoard a ton of food if you visit on the right days of the week.

The next thing to note is that you can pick food up and keep it in your inventory for as long as you want. Therefore, you should always keep a plentiful amount of food in your inventory. This will allow you to explore freely without having to worry about running out of energy.

And on top of that, you can even select food from your inventory and drop it on the ground. So if you’ve built a base for yourself in the server, you can bring a bunch of food into the base to save it for later. This will allow you to have easy access to food once the food in your inventory runs out.

Best Food Items to Gain Energy in SCP-3008

Since all the food items in the game provide a specific amount of energy, hunger, and health, this naturally makes certain food items much better than the rest. And since you can only keep a limited number of food items in your inventory at a time, only holding those food items that give a high amount of energy is the most efficient way to survive in the infinite IKEA store.

Below, we’ll be listing down the best food items for energy in SCP-3008. So when you’re out looting for food, make sure to keep an eye out for the items we’ve listed below.

    Drinks

There are two types of drinks in the game: Water and Soda. The drinks in the game provide the highest amount of Energy among all the food items. Water provides +12 Energy and +3 Health.

Two types of soda can be found in the store: Dr. Bob and Bloxy Soda. Bloxy Soda and the can version of Dr. Bob give you +17 Energy, while the 2 Litre version of Dr. Bob gives you +23 Energy.

Since these drinks are very easy to find and their small models allow them to fit into small bases easily, they are easily the best type of consumable for gaining energy. Drinks can be found in the Cafeteria and Snack Shop.

    Fruits

The three types of fruits in the game, Apple, Lemon, and Banana, are another great source of Energy. Lemons give +10 Energy, while Apples and Bananas both give +6. They also give +10, +12, and +14 Hunger respectively. Fruits can be found in the Cafeteria, Play Plot, and Checkered Kitchen.

    Ice Cream

The next best item for Energy is Ice Cream, which gives +13 Energy and +6 Hunger. The only downside of this item is that it only spawns in the Snack Shop, so you won’t be able to find it in the Cafeteria or any other food courts.

    Striped Donut

The Striped Donut grants +15 Energy and +9 Hunger. While the stats it provides are amazing, you can only find 1 Donut in the Cafeteria each time it is restocked.
