Defeating the Pensieve Guardian in Hogwarts Legacy can be challenging, mainly due to the orbs it summons. Percival Rackham’s Trail
As players progress through the storyline of Hogwarts Legacy, they will encounter Percival Rackham. In this stage of the game, Rackham tasks the young protagonist with a series of trials revealing crucial information about the past. These trials include challenging puzzles and formidable enemies.
At the beginning of the trial, Professor Fig and the protagonist travel to San Bakar’s Tower, located north of Hogsmeade. There, they defeat the Globins who have established a camp and discover a hidden door on the tower’s bottom floor. After entering through the door, the player must solve a series of puzzles and engage in a battle to advance into the last area.
Pensieve Guardian’s Orbs
While battling the Pensieve Guardian, players face a range of powerful attacks. Avoiding the red ground pound attack and dodging the orbs coming from the Pensieve Guardian may not be too difficult for players.
If the glowing orbs summoned by the Pensieve Guardian are given enough time to grow, they can cause a big explosion that deals significant damage. It’s better for players to focus on destroying these orbs before it’s too late. The best way to prevent them from exploding is to use a specific spell while the orbs are glowing. Orbs glow in different colors, and the spell depends on the color, so players might have to use different spells for different orbs.
- Red Orb: Use a Red spell like “Confringo” or “Incendio” to break the Red Orb.
- Purple Orb: Destroy the Purple Orb using a Purple Spell like “Accio” or “Depulso”.
- Yellow Orb: To destroy the Yellow Orb, use Yellow Spells like “Levioso” or “Glacius”.
