There is no end to the possibilities made by the “Fuse” feature in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. You can make tons of different devices, and weapons that are extremely useful or sometimes the complete opposite. The most devastating weapon of them all is the Flamethrower, not only does it annihilate enemies it also helps in lighting up hot air balloons, solving difficult puzzles, and clearing paths by burning leaves or vines. Interesting right? Here’s how you can make variations of Flamethrower.
Get the Flame Emitter
The most important part of a Flamethrower is the Flame Emitter, to get one head towards any Device Dispenser and make sure it contains the emitter in it. You need to trade with the Dispenser to get your desired Zonai Device, put unwanted items, and the Emitter will eventually pop out. Now is the time to start creating the Flamethrowers.
Flamethrowing Shield
Fusing a flame emitter with the shield probably creates the most enjoyable flamethrower as it outright cooks your enemies and sets them ablaze. It spits directional flame and doesn’t stop until it’s out of battery. The detailed steps to create one are mentioned below:
- Equip any unfused/normal shield.
- Take out the flame emitter and drop it on the ground.
- Select the emitter for fusing with the equipped shield and there you have it a flamethrowing shield.
Start using the shield by pressing the guard-up button and burn everything!
Sword Flamethrower
Apart from the shield, the Flame Emitter can be fused with any weapon and the process for it is the same. The only difference in this version of the flamethrower is that it spits fire with breaks which makes it more accurate but less consistent. To create it, equip your desired weapon, drop the emitter, and fuse them to make the Flamethrower.
