Genshin Impact has many great activities for its players. Another great activity is called Hangout events which were added in the 1.4 update. This update introduced how players can hang out with their favorite characters. Hangouts are basically dialogues with other characters, and choosing different dialogue options leads to different endings. In this guide, we’ll show you how to play the Sayu Hangout event and get all 6 endings.
Genshin Impact: Getting All 6 Different Sayu Hangout Endings
First, you need to unlock the hangout event meeting the requirements:
- Completing “Omnipresence Over Mortals” Archon Quest
- Having 2 Story Keys
Story keys are easy to get, you just have to do the 8 daily commissions. Once you have everything you need for the hangout event, then you need to head to your Quest menu and go to Story Quests/Hangout Events. Click the second tab and you’ll see many characters with whom you can do a hangout event.
Everything in Moderation Ending
This ending shows Sayu getting caught eating a lot of food by Kano Nana.
- Were you not searching for me a moment ago?
- I suppose I’ll just have a chat with the shrine maiden, then.
- I see. Go on…
- Well, you were a great help to us before. What’s really concerning is whatever’s behind these orders of yours.
- Oh, you’ve heard of me?
- It seems you are looking for something.
- Uh, no… No, I haven’t.
- Someone informed me that this might be happening. I’ve been on my guard.
- (What a relief…)
- Thank you, that would certainly help.
- (Seems there’s no fooling her…)
- Good thing we didn’t have any other plans.
- I have never witnessed someone growing while sleeping.
- Your primary concern is to grow taller, isn’t it?
- Sleep alone isn’t enough to make you grow taller.
- Makes sense.
- Do you still wish to continue?
- Alright, then follow me.
- I’m not sure if it’ll be that easy.
Like Soaring Through the Skies Ending
This ending shows you and your character going to Chinju Forest to train but you don’t and instead, you try to find different things that could help Sayu get taller.

- I see. Go on…

- Makes sense.
- Eating like this might have a negative effect on your health. Maybe we should consider some other options.
- I guess our post-meal plans are settled then.
- Are you injured?
- I don’t think that will stop you from growing.
- There is a saying, as you are aware: All good things come to those who wait.
- Adventuring is a grueling experience.

- Good thing we didn’t have any other plans.
- I don’t think anyone could “suddenly” grow taller.
- Growing taller is what you really care about, isn’t it?
- It’s not the amount of sleep but the quality of sleep that’s keeping you from growing.
- I suppose one could say this makes you an even more impressive ninja.
- Aren’t you worried that Kano Nana could still be in the area?
- You… give them a piece of your mind?
- You’re a very caring person, Sayu.
- How about Amakame Island?
- Then I won’t disturb you.
- Nope, she’s not here.
- Yes, I’m sure.
- (She’s really not buying it…)
- Run!!!

- You’re still Sayu… aren’t you?

- I think you’re taking this a little too literally.

- I’ve just got an unusual feeling that someone’s following me.
- (Of course Sayu wouldn’t hurt me…)
- While you are making inquiries, I shall continue investigating on my own, just to be safe.
- That makes him a likely suspect.
- Maybe he’s up to something.
- Stop right there.
- Tell us the truth, no more lies!
- Sounds like a plan.
- I’m sure they’ll still want more.
- Getting rid of me isn’t that easy.
