T45 Power Armor (Early Stage)
I have provided pictures to help you quickly find your first Power Armor in Fallout 4 near “Pickman Gallery,” where you’ll find some ex-military tank vehicles. You’ll find this cage containing the Power Armor just close to it. Hack the terminal and snatch the Power Armor as early as you can. You can upgrade this Armor and customize it even further in the game.
T51 Power Armor
You can find this Power Armor in the same location as the T45, but the critical part is that there is a much higher chance of this Armor spawning after level 15, so once you’ve reached that level, you can come back to this location and get this much better armor in Fallout 4.
Raider Power Armor
You can find this Power Armor in the cave. Following to the left side, you’ll eventually see this Armor; however, I’m not sure on which level you can find this Armor. It can be found on level 1 or level 50. If you don’t see it, return after some time, and you’ll hopefully find this Armor in the cave.
T60 Power Armor
Once you reach the location on the map, you can find the Power Armor in the back of a truck. However, this armor has a higher chance of spawning after level 20, or you’ll find the T51 Power Armor in this location.
X-01 Power Armor (Best Power Armor)
Unlike other Power Armors, a complete set of X-01 can only be found at one location and one. It is highly recommended to be fully prepared to go on the higher floor in the “Custom House Tower,” at least level 25, for the X-01 to spawn at this location. Another reason to be fully prepared for this is that you have to fight two challenging enemies in this Tower to get this Armor.
