Evolving Basculin into Basculegion is actually pretty simple and straightforward. In order to evolve your Pokémon, it has to take 300 recoil damage from its own moves without fainting. The abilities you can use to deal recoil damage to yourself are:
- Wave Crash
- Double Edge
- Take Down
- Head Smash
