Raft has been Redbeet Interactive’s one of the most successful games, which came out on Steam in 2022 with its final chapter in a full version. This has gained quite a huge fanbase, and fans are eager to know whether the game is coming on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One.

Is Raft Available on Xbox?

At the time of writing the game, Raft’s developers have not released any console version. Though its mechanics are ideal for Xbox and can be easily transferred to other platforms, the game gained popularity rapidly when there were 100,000 players actively playing it simultaneously at the time of its release, which must serve as an encouragement for developers to create a console version.

What Platforms Can You Play Raft On?

Currently, Raft is only available for PC, downloadable through Steam. It doesn’t demand high-end hardware specifications to run smoothly, but it can also operate without an issue on a PC with the following minimum requirements:

  • OS: Windows 7 or later
  • Processor: Intel Core i5 2.6GHz or similar
  • Memory: 6 GB RAM
  • Graphics: GeForce GTX 700 series or similar
  • DirectX: Version 11
  • Network: Broadband Internet connection
  • Storage: 10 GB available space
  • Additional Notes: 64-bit operating system

The following is the recommended build to play the game for a better experience:

  • OS: Windows 7 or later
  • Processor: Intel Core i5-6600 3.3GHz or similar
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM
  • Graphics: GeForce GTX 1050 series or similar
  • DirectX: Version 11
  • Network: Broadband Internet connection
  • Storage: 10 GB available space
  • Additional Notes: 64-bit operating system

When Will Raft Be Available for Xbox?

When Raft is coming on Xbox remains unknown, but the developers have announced on Steam and Twitter that they are working on a console version of the game.

Hello Rafters!

This announcement was made in November 2022, but since then, there has been no update on their progress. Besides that, they also have not specified any console, and It can launch on any console, including Xbox, PlayStation, or even Nintendo Switch. We can only hope that the devs provide the game at all consoles for more people to enjoy their captivating adventure.
