How to get Elsa out of the cave:
Upon breaking every piece of ice, go out of the cave. The very first thing you need to do is to go find either Maui or Donald to hang out with. Now go to Elsa’s place and ask whoever you brought with you to see their house. After doing that exit their house and you will be back at Elsa’s. The quest will now progress effectively, however, you can also try to visit the frozen realm as it also worked for most of the players.
