In the Death Stranding Game, During the “Emergency Provisions Delivery: South Knot City,” You will receive a cargo shipment by an NPC while picking up a delivery. This cargo shipment is not just any ordinary shipment rather, it’s a thermonuclear bomb made to wipe Fragile out, and you need to dispose of it somewhere. Towards Crater Lake
This starts once you go to the Distribution Center, South of Lake North City. Fragile finds the thermonuclear cargo in the cutscene and will tell you to dispose of it at Crater Lake. You only have 20 minutes of total time to dispose of it.
Crater Lake is also pinned in the image below. The road network is very. hard to travel across, even if you have worked on and extended the network.
If you reach the lake on time, you must equip the Thermonuclear Weapon in your hand and throw it in the lake, and you are done.
