Players must interact with the Solid Snake NPC to obtain the EMP Stealth Camo, who can be found roaming around on a small island on the northern side of Lavish Lair.
Once players interact with the NPC, a purchase menu will pop up through which players can obtain the EMP Stealth Camo with 100 Gold bars.
If players don’t have enough gold bars or don’t want to spend them, then players can find The EMP Stealth Camo in chests or as floor loot.
