Zelda: Tears of Kingdom contains many different helping avatars, and one of them is Vow of Tulin. It is an important character that will help you explore the immersive open world of Zelda. Unlocking this vow requires you to clear the wind temple in Hyrule (completion of Tulin of Rito Village’s main quest).
Summoning Tulin
Open your inventory by pressing “+” and navigate into the key items section, then find “Vow of Tulin.” Now press “A” on it which will allow you to summon it. He will appear right in front of you right after you close the menu. The process of dismissing Tulin is also pretty much the same.
Players often get confused about the sudden disappearance of Tulin. This happens whenever you enter a settlement or a town. Once you leave, Tulin will automatically respawn.
