“Horizon Zero Dawn” is a game set in a dystopian United States filled with deadly robotic machines that can kill you without hesitation. One of the game’s side quests, “The Ancient Armory,” requires an item called the “Power Cell” to complete. This quest activates when you pick up “one” of the “five” “Power Cells.”
Upon completing this quest, you are rewarded with an extraordinary outfit called the Shield Weaver, essentially an armor. This armor is so robust that it makes Aloy invincible to enemy attacks for a certain time until it requires regeneration.
What are the Power Cells?
The “Power Cells” are collectible items scattered throughout the game world. In total, five power cells are missing in the ancient armory. These power cells are required to open the bunker door so that you can access the Shield Weaver outfit. The power cells are located in different areas. You may come across one or two while progressing in the game, but if you didn’t, here’s how you can find all five power cells.
Ruins:

Upon reaching the ruins, drop down and start walking. Eventually, you’ll reach a closed door. Pry open that door, and after that door, you’ll see stairs. Climb those stairs, and you’ll reach this part of the ruins on the map.
Here, on the left side will be the closed bunker, but on the right side, you’ll see a blocked path, as shown in the image below.
