Dreamlight Valley Economy 101 Quest
You must resell seven gems at Goofy’s stall to complete the quest. Picsou will offer to invest in your house. After that, you’ll need to go to the elevator, as shown in the picture above, and pay the 1000 coins right there. After following these steps, you can complete the quest without any issues.
