Valorant has its own way of keeping things abuzz; having finished the VCT 2023 Masters Tokyo, Riot Games doesn’t seem to be slowing down as they have announced a new skinline for Valorant. Riot Games have announced the Neo Frontier bundle that will be released with the Valorant Episode 7 Act 1.
The Neo Frontier bundle is themed around cowboy and western looks, and it is an amalgam between the Old West and Sci-Fi through employing cutting-edge technology. The Producer of Premium Content at Riot Games Laura Baltzer, shared his thoughts on the Neo Frontier bundle, saying:
There are two distinct but connected fantasies in this skinline, but we wanted both to feel fulfilled. If you’re a fan of old school spaghetti westerns we hope you love this skinline, and if you’re a fan of space westerns we hope you love this skinline too!

Riot Games has revealed that this collection will include five weapon skins, including a melee weapon, basically a battle axe. These weapons include Phantom, Odin, Marshal, Sheriff, and an Axe melee with a brand new custom animation. Apart from the weapons, the Neo Frontier Bundle includes the Reactive Gun Buddy, Player Card both Western and Neo, and a Spray as well.
The Neo Frontier bundle includes not only a stunning visual appearance but also custom inspects, animations, audio, visual effects, a finisher, and a kill banner. However, there is a catch: all of these features will not be available from the get-go; instead, players will need to level up their weapons to gain access to them. The progression will be straightforward, with four levels, each unlocking a different perk.
- Level 1: Custom Old West model, bullets, and ADS reticle
- Level 2: Custom animations and firing audio
- Level 3: Custom Sci-fi model change and new ADS reticle, custom Sci-fi animations, custom Sci-fi visual effects, and custom Sci-fi firing/equip/reload/inspect audio
- Level 4: Finisher and Killbanner
It should be noted that the Axe (Melee) will only have two levels. Level 1 will change the custom model to Old West Axe with brand-new equipment, and right-click animations, while Level 2 unlocks the custom model, Sci-fi Axe, with its visual effects and Sci-fi audio.
Furthermore, different variants of the weapons will also be available this time around with the Valorant Neo Frontier Bundle. There will be a total of three variants, including different colors and additional effects. However, the Axe (Melee) will have only rock the different colors. Here’s a look at the variants:
- Variant 1: Purple Variant with Purple Finisher along with Kill Banner
- Variant 2: White/Blue Variant with Blue Finisher along with Kill Banner
- Variant 3: Orange/Blue Variant with Orange Finisher along with Kill Banner
Riot has announced that the Neo Frontier bundle will be available in the Valorant store on June 27. However, the official price of the bundle has not yet been revealed, but it is expected to be around 8700-9900 VP.
