PlayStation’s latest ad for Spider-Man 2 recently aired on an Australian TV channel, showing off the game’s release date. Initially, this AD was thought to be fake, but that was until the Australian community themselves came out to confirm it. According to this ad, the game will release in Spring 2023 in Australia, which means Fall in other regions.
Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is one of the most anticipated games this year and is currently being developed by Insomniac Games, creators of the previous Spider-Man game and Ratchet & Clank franchise. The game features both of our beloved heroes, Miles Morales and Peter Parker, in the thrilling action and fighting evil as always. This time both Spider-Mans are up against an even greater foe, Venom, one of many reasons to get excited.
Spider-Man 2 trailer showed up unexpectedly during an AD break on the ESPN network, where we can see Peter and Miles fighting a gang of criminals, capturing them in their webs, and then swinging away. A small highlighted text can be seen at the bottom of the screen, which says, “Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 Coming Spring 2023”. This indicates that the game will indeed release in the fall of this year. We can’t wait to see what this latest Spider-Man has in store for us.
