After the game’s sneak peek, we’ve finally gotten word about the Resident Evil 4 Remake system requirements. While the reveal led to highly positive reception from fans and critics alike, many were still concerned whether the game would even run on their systems, as the game looked stunning, but now it seems as though it doesn’t require a demanding PC to run.
Recently, Capcom announced the minimum requirements to run the game on PC and the recommended requirements. They also revealed the various editions that RE4 Remake will have. These include the Standard Edition, the Deluxe Edition, and a Collector’s edition. The Deluxe and Collector’s Edition versions will include more digital rewards after the game is released.
Below are Resident Evil 4 Remake minimum requirements:
- Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
- OS: Windows 10 (64 bit)
- Processor: AMD Ryzen 3 1200 or Intel Core i5-7500
- Memory: 8GB RAM
- Graphics: AMD Radeon RX 560 with 4GB of VRAM or NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti with 4GB of VRAM
- DirectX: Version 12
- Network: Broadband Internet connection
- Additional Notes : Estimated performance (with performance priority): 1080p/60fps. The frame rate will be lower in graphically intense scenes. AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT or NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 are required to enable ray tracing.
