An Overwatch YouTuber discovered a bug to make Wrecking Ball’s shield unlimited, making it almost impossible to kill him.
Players somehow find a way to change the game’s balance, no matter how much Blizzard tries to fix it. This bug allows Wrecking Ball to have unlimited shields, which can be activated one after the other. It doesn’t stack but still gives him the extra health points. These health points and shields make him almost invulnerable to all enemy attacks, ultimately stomping over them.
Wrecking Ball isn’t very famous in competitive Overwatch primarily because of his impact compared to other tanks in the game.
Overwatch YouTuber Flats shared this bug with a former league player Seagull. He also shared the trick for activating the bug. Apparently, when charging into battle, activate Wrecking Ball’s adaptive shield, let it go, and activate it again immediately while rolling grants you shield and hp. It can be repeated when the cooldown ends.
Players will face difficulty if they are matched up against an exploiter. Hopefully, this bug will also be patched soon. The bugs and exploits are also a part of the game; like other aspects, sometimes it’s enjoyable too.
