Fortnite has added the Grim Medicine set to the item shop for the first time in three years. The set includes 6 cosmetics, 2 Epic outfits, Scourage and Plague, and four additional items. It was first released on 12th October 2018.

Return of The Grim Medicine Set

Fortnite had no concept of bringing back the skins once gone from the item shop, they used to be exclusive, but after it gained popularity, fans demanded the skins to return. Skins now rotate in the item shop after a while, but there are still some exclusive skins, like the skins in battle pass or other YouTuber skins.

The beaked scientist who treated the bubonic plague generated the idea of Grim Medicine sets, Scourage, and Plague. Grim Medicine sets also got high demand after the Covid-19 situation stabilized; it also might be the reason for its disappearance because many popular skins were removed permanently because of Law issues, for instance, Rue skin. If there were any bans on Grim Medicine set, they were also lifted.

If you want to purchase the Grim Medicine set, now is the time to do it because you never really know when the skins will return to the item shop or if they ever will. Scourage and Plague both cost 1500 V-Bucks each.

Fortnite can be played on Mobile, PS4, PS5, Switch, Xbox One, PC, and Xbox Series X/S.
